Lynn Crilly is the author of the novels: The Girl in Room 808, The Girl in Room 810 and Girl in Room 819. She also writes under the name Lynna Jackson. She was the winner of the 2009 Crime Writers' Association Gold Dagger for her novel The Girl in Room 809. She has had six novels published by Quercus Publishing Plc, and is presently working on her seventh novel. Her first book, "The Girl in Room 808", was shortlisted for Best First Novel in 2008 and 2009 in the Crime Writers' Association Awards and was longlisted for the 2008 Best Crime Writer gong. She won a Crime Writers' Association Best First Novel Award for "The Girl in Room 809" in 2010 and received an International Thriller Writers award for 'Best First Novel'. Her second Quercus publishing novel, "The Girl In Room 810", was published on 11th February 2013 by Quercus Publishing Plc
Her latest published novel, "The Girl In Room 819", was published on August 3rd 2014. She also writes short stories under the name Lynna Jackson. Lynna's books have been translated into numerous languages including French, Italian, Spanish, German, Polish and Czech. She lives with her husband and two cats. She is based in London and is represented by Nick Harkaway at Curtis Brown Ltd..
